FND supports identity assurance, evidence and platform controls; each Nation determines its authorised representatives, protocols and governance pathway. Establishment never creates or substitutes for Nation authority.

3,400 directory records, sourced from trusted public registers. A listed record is not presented as FND-verified unless it has completed the relevant verification pathway. The directory is a layer of the network, ordered by standing and nothing else. Placement is never sold. Advertising never enters it.
