Build $100,000 · Fit-out $50,000

Designated budget allocation, not a confirmed quote. Final cost is subject to a Mob Box estimate and Nation-specific site requirements.

Funding pathway

01

Hub Fund deposit

A Nation's accumulated pass-through balance can form the anchor contribution.

02

Government grants

Relevant infrastructure and community programs can be explored where eligibility aligns.

03

Concessional finance

Indigenous-focused finance can be considered where the Nation chooses that pathway.

04

Anchor contracts

Multi-year service commitments can help underwrite a build before fabrication begins.

05

Collective ownership

A PBC, co-operative or another Nation-approved structure can hold the asset.

Fabrication partner

Mob Box

Final fabrication scope and cost are confirmed only after Nation, site and build requirements are established.

Hub planning
